Shipping & Returns
Our products are shipped out from either Lagos, Nigeria or Kent, UK.
The location of your product would be noticeable based on the cost of delivery.
International deliveries from Lagos are sent via DHL to be delivered between 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped out within 2-4 working days.
If you are making an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address and phone number.
Please not that you may be required to pay a custom clearance fee depending on your country.
DHL has end-to-end tracking. Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not give refunds on orders. However, if you are displeased with your product, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and we would sort out an exchange for you or issue store credit.
Products have to be returned within 14 days of receipt for any exchange and all returns must be in the same condition as it was received. If the product is returned damaged, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only merchandise that has been received back to us can be processed for returns or exchanges. Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge.
Please note that all sale/discounted items are final sale. They will not be refunded or exchanged.
